If I could Save Time in a Bottle

20 Sep 2016

It has been brought to our attention that the day assigned for putting the benches away and taking the nets down was previously listed in the LCC Newsletter as Saturday 23rd September.

Wikipedia, Astrology and Calendars suggest that this event (Saturday 23rd September) occurred twelve months ago in the year 2015.

This year's Saturday 23rd September has now been renamed Saturday 24th September (possibly due to tides, the waxing/waning of the moon or we are all just ligging about in an old episode of Quantum Leap.... we don't know)

But can we all agree that this Saturday is now the 24th day of the month and not the 23rd as all civilisation was previously led to believe, and that this is now the day assigned for putting the ground to bed.

It has been confirmed that clocks were not affected by this blip in the passage of time.

All help welcome from the previously advertised 10.00 am on the day.

Should only take an hour or two.
