Longparish U17 William de Cani has been selected to play "Reggie the Lion" the Hampshire mascot at the CB40 game between Hampshire and Notts on Thursday 31st May. It's a change of direction for de Cani's career on the boards whose previous acting roles include the lead in Alan Aykbourn's "Ernie's incredible illucinations" and a seminal performance as a candle in a school nativity
