The Longparish Cricket Club inter club day and fund raising balloon launch was a huge success raising the best part of eight hundred punds for club coffers. A capacity crowd enjoyed a thrilling colts game in the morning which went right down to the last ball. Cakes Ice Cream and lollies were taken on board before six hundred plus balloons were set to the skies.

An interclub match between the senior sides followed in which Warren Bonathan was the leading run scorer,

which doesn't bode well for the coming summer.
